Chewy Chocolate Corn Puffs

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of corn puffs (Pure Harvest brand)
  • 1 cup almond spread/paste
  • 
½ cup rice malt syrup
  • 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 
1 tablespoon cocoa

Method

Place corn puffs in a bowl

Place almond paste, rice malt syrup, vanilla extract & cocoa into a saucepan and heat until combined.

Pour almond paste mix onto the corn puffs and keep mixing until evenly covered.

Place large tablespoons of mixture into pattie papers.

Set in the fridge.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
