Place the dry ingredients into a bowl.
In a saucepan, place rice malt syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract on medium heat and heat until combined.
Add the rice malt syrup mixture and water into the dry mix and mix until well combined.
Roll large teaspoons full of mixture into a ball and press flat onto a lined baking tray.
Bake in the oven for approx 30 minutes or until golden.
