Depends on the size you make each pikelets. This mixture averages about 12 pikelets

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup GF Self Raising flour
  • 
1 cup of Rice Milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds soaked in 3 tablespoons of water until a thick
  • 
1 tablespoon RMC (Rice Malt Syrup)

Method

Sift the flour if necessary, add all ingredients and beat with a hand beater until combined well.

Heat pan on the stove top, add little rice bran oil and cook as you do!

FRESH, REAL RASPBERRY JAM- no added sugar!
1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds

Blitz the berries to form a puree, add the chia seeds and set aside to thicken. You may have to add a little more chia seeds, see how it goes first. Make the jam a few hours before or the night before to give it time to thicken.
