Peppermint Chocolate

Depends on the size of your moulds and how thick you spread the chocolate.

 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of coconut oil
  • 
½ cup of Cacao or cocoa powder
  • 
½ cup almond paste
  • 
¼ cup maple syrup
  • 
1 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • peppermint essence or peppermint oil (food grade) (add to taste)

Method

Place all the ingredients in the Vitamix or food processor or blender and process until all ingredients are well combined.

Pour into moulds or mini muffin papers and place in the freezer or fridge until set.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
