LALABAR - Chocolate Chia Coconut Bar

Servings:

2 adults or 3 children

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Medjool dates
  • 
1 1/2 cups almonds
  • 
1/2 cup walnuts
  • 
2 tablespoons of Chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup of cacao or cocoa
1 cup desiccated coconut

Method

Place dates and nuts in food processor and blitz until combined. Then add remaining ingredients and process until well combined.

Place in a lined 20cm square tin and press mixture with back of a spoon until smooth. Place in fridge to set. Once set, slice into bars or smaller squares.
