Place all ingredients in the food processor and blitz until the ingredients come together when you press in the hand. If a bit dry, add another date or a dash of water and blitz again.
When the ingredients hold together when pressed, place the mixture in a lined tin and using hands press into the tin (7mm thick approx).
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Remove, cut into small squares and store in the fridge.
