Food Detective ™ is a test for an immune response to food, as a result of leaky gut. It tests for IgG antibody reactions to 59 commonly eaten foods. (This test is not to be confused with food allergy testing).  For the test to work, you MUST be consuming those foods that you suspect upset you in order for antibodies to be present in the blood.
