I always felt “off” and doctors couldn’t explain why. Through trial and error I realised it was the food I was eating even though all test showed no allergies. I then started following a paleo diet which took away all my symptoms of being unwell however I still could not lose any weight. I consulted Karen who helped me with a ketosis diet but still staying away from my trigger foods. In the first 4 weeks I lost 4kg and even though I am not in ketosis at the moment (as the festive season has soooo many lovely dishes to try) I have maintained that weight loss.
