Salted Peanut Butter Chocolate

Approximately 20, depending on size of moulds.

 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of coconut oil
  • 
½ cup of cacao or cocoa powder
  • 
½ cup peanut paste
  • 
¼ cup rice malt syrup
  • a good crack of himalayan sea salt (add to taste)

Method

Place all the ingredients in the Vitamix or blender or saucepan on low heat and process until all ingredients are well combined.

Pour into mini muffin papers and place in the freezer or fridge until set.

Store in the freezer in an airtight container.

TIPS- I like to use ‘Pics Peanut Paste’ as it is made using Kingaroy peanuts and is processed with a bit of sea salt and NO vegetables oils added.
